A native of Bosnia, Poledica was drawn to the hospitality industry during his stint as a coffeehouse manager during his college days at the University of Sarajevo. In the early 1990s, Poledica fled the civil unrest in Bosnia for Slovenia. Then in 1996, he moved to the United States to provide a better future for his family.
“I knew little of the English language as I began as a busboy at Neiman Marcus,” Poledica recalls.
The dedicated and passionate Poledica continued to grow his career with a series of management positions in the Houston hospitality industry and earned an associate’s degree in hospitality from Houston Community College. With a bachelor’s degree from Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College soon in hand, the well-seasoned Poledica is poised to further Quattro’s success by ensuring a thoroughly enjoyable guest experience.
