Prix Fixe Menus

Chef Maurizio Ferrarese says a delicious farewell to 2016 with 2 prix fixe menu seatings. Four delectable courses include dishes like Veal and tuna tonnato, diver scallops and 44 farms slow cooked beef short ribs—plus, each plate can be paired with wine.

First Course:

Veal and tuna tonnato, pantelleria capers, tonnata sauce

Second Course:

Diver scallops and foie gras ravioli, sweet corn sauce, caramelized salsify, black truffle


Limoncello granita and panettone crumble

Third Course:

44 farms slow cooked beef short ribs, mediterranean langoustine, heirloom carrots, chickpea polenta, saffron poached potato

Fourth Course:

Tuscan Amedei chocolate degustation

Milk chocolate sponge, gianduia mousse, pave of 70% ,white chocolate granite, candied hazelnut


1st Seating - Availability: 5:30-6:00pm will include a 4 course menu at $85 per person

2nd Seating - Availability: 8:00pm or later will include a 4 course menu at $110 per person. This seating will include live entertainment, dancing and champagne toast at midnight.

Wine Pairing will be optional with 4 wines available at $60 per person.
