Vinoteca's Trattoria Menu

On Monday, June 15, Chef Maurizio Ferrarese is rolling out a new menu in Vinoteca, the our vibrant wine bar next to the restaurant. Included will be a scapece (Italian ceviche) bar, antipasti, a mozzarella station, succulent rotisserie chicken, a choice of main courses and tableside tiramisu. Reservations are accepted between 5:30-10 p.m. beginning June 15.

But here is something extra! From June 15-21 only, all those who reserve seats for the Trattoria menu at Vinoteca can help the kitchen’s culinary team during this opening phase by evaluating the dinner and the pricing. How so? All guests can simply choose from $x to $y how much they want to pay, plus a commitment to leave 20% gratuity to their server.
