Explore the global cuisine of Zagat-praised Quattro at the Four Seasons with a gourmet cooking class followed by a three-course dinner. Each evening through September, a different member of Quattro's global culinary team will lead a class on the tips and tricks from their native countries. Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese guides students through the proper Italian techniques behind his famous risotto, Sous Chef Hassan Obaye prepares a traditional Moroccan tagine, and still other classes explore Portuguese tapas or Latin ceviches.
