Explore the global cuisine of Zagat-praised Quattro at the Four Seasons with this gourmet cooking class followed by a three-course dinner. Each night a different chef will teach you the tricks and tips from their native country featuring Chef Maurizio’s famous risotto, a Moroccan tagine, tapas from Portugal or a Latin seafood ceviche.
